This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Send each Chatham County request to the office that keeps the original record:
- A case index or docket: begin with the local case lookup, then ask the holding clerk if the result is missing
- A hearing date: check Chatham County court dates and confirm the latest setting with the proper office
- A certified filing: order it from the clerk who holds the original case file
- A filed document: use the court record search routes for portal, counter, mail, and eCertification access
- A traffic citation: contact the issuing municipal court, Recorder's Court, or State Court rather than a different clerk
For Superior Court records, contact Clerk of Superior Court Tammie Mosley at the Gadsden Courthouse, 400 W. Oglethorpe Avenue, Suite 178, Savannah, GA 31401, 912-434-8920. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. State Court records are handled separately in Suite 127 at the same street address, 912-652-7224.
